According to the Development Council of Cambodia official website: The Maritime City’s US$164.4 million five-star hotel project was approved by the Cambodian Investment Committee of the Development Council of Cambodia at the end of 2022 and obtained a qualified investment project registration certificate.
This project is located in Sihanoukville Province. It has the building functions of business center and entertainment center respectively, with a total construction area of more than 100,000 square meters and 582 guest rooms.
It is expected that upon completion in the near future, it will become one of the largest entertainment complexes in Sihanoukville, integrating large-scale casino, hotels, performances, exhibitions and shopping malls, and create 1,455 jobs.
